2. Personal data processed

• Identity: first and last name; Turkish ID number or tax ID number when required for invoicing.
• Contact: phone number, e-mail address, address and the province/district where the installation will take place.
• Customer transaction: quote details such as the requested product, dimensions, intended use and number of animals; order, delivery, installation and invoice records; your requests and complaints.
• Finance: payment and billing information (only if an order is placed).
• Transaction security: IP address and access logs kept by the hosting provider during your visit to the website.
• Visual records: site and project photos taken during site surveys and installation.

3. Purposes of processing

• To respond to your quote and price requests and communicate with you,
• To carry out site survey, measurement, production, shipping, installation and after-sales service processes,
• To perform contract, order, invoicing and payment transactions,
• To follow up on your requests and complaints, measure customer satisfaction and improve our service quality,
• To fulfill our legal obligations (such as tax, commercial and accounting records) and respond to requests from authorized institutions,
• To ensure the security of our website,
• With your explicit consent, to inform you about our campaigns and products.

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected by partly automated and non-automated means through the quote form and WhatsApp links on our website, phone, e-mail, WhatsApp messages, face-to-face meetings, site surveys and installation work, and contract and invoice documents.

This data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Article 5(2)(c)), being necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (Article 5(2)(ç)), being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Article 5(2)(e)), and being necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5(2)(f)). Marketing communications are based solely on your explicit consent.

The quote form does not store your information; it only prepares a message for you to send via WhatsApp.

5. Transfer of personal data

Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to the following groups of recipients:

• Public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities authorized by law,
• Our authorized dealers in the installation region (Şanlıurfa, Elazığ, Denizli, Çanakkale),
• Shipping and logistics companies we work with for deliveries,
• Suppliers from whom we receive accounting, legal advisory, banking and information technology (hosting) services.

The Google Maps service on our Contact page and conversations held over WhatsApp may be processed on these providers' servers abroad. Such transfers are carried out in line with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation (e.g. 10 years for commercial books and documents). At the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Quote requests that do not result in an order are deleted within 2 years at the latest.

7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

These are your rights under the KVKK.

8. How to apply

You may submit requests concerning your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller and together with information that verifies your identity:

• By wet-signed petition, in person or through a notary public, to Dağyaka Mah. 2051 Cad. No:22B Kahramankazan / Ankara;
• Signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or sent from the e-mail address you previously provided to us, to info@ivedikcadir.com.

Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

9. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. The Google Maps content on the Contact page may use technical cookies or similar technologies set by Google for the service to work. All other site files, including fonts, are loaded from our own server. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
